On May 30, the eve of her one-year anniversary of getting engaged to fiancé Liam Hemsworth , Miley Cyrus was spotted on a video shoot with her 3.5-carat Neil Lane sparkler on full display .

Despite the rampant rumors that the young lovebirds are dunzo , the "We Can't Stop" singer just can't stop adding more fuel to the confusing fire known as the status of their relationship.
While she's flashing her ring now, that hasn't always been the case. Much like she and her main squeeze, Cyrus and her ring have hardly been seen together in the past few months.

In March, Hemsworth, 23, spent the majority of his time at home in Australia, while Cyrus (sans bling!) channeled all of her energy into her music, telling V magazine that she puts her work "before everything." In April, they holed up in her Toluca Lake, California, home but postponed their wedding for a second time. In May, the "Last Song" actress put her ring back on, but the duo continued to make solo appearances.
Only recently, amid split rumors, has the 20-year-old bride-to-be put her rock back on.

Though her diamond has reappeared, one still has to wonder if the pair will actually ever tie the knot.

Angelina Jolie Makes First Red Carpet Appearance Since Double Mastectomy Announcement

Four months to the day after the Academy Award-winning actress started the three months of medical procedures necessitated for her preventive double mastectomy — and nearly three weeks after going public with her decision in a New York Times op-ed piece — she made a triumphant return to the red carpet, on the arm of fiancé Brad Pitt , and looked more radiant than ever.

The 37-year-old wore a floor-length black dress with layers of draped fabric on the high-neck top and a sheer panel across her stomach, giving it a subtle peek-a-boo effect.
Jolie posed alone for photographers — with her megawatt grin on full display — as well as arm-in-arm with "WWZ" star Pitt. At one point they posed face-to-face just holding each other and smiling.
Pitt, who was also dressed in all black, had his long hair down for the special occasion.
While he's kept his locks mostly in a messy ponytail at recent events, it looked heavily styled — and is almost as long as Jolie's.

The couple also signed autographs for fans, one of whom gave Jolie a white teddy bear that said on it "I love you soooo... much.
" She clutched the stuffed animal as she worked the red carpet.
Once inside the Empire Cinema, the couple was joined by two of their six children. Maddox, 11, and Pax, 9, stuck close to their parents, but posed for a quick photo before the movie.

On May 14, Jolie shared her medical decision in an article she wrote for the New York Times. Noting she carried the "faulty" gene BRCA1, she shared that her doctors told her she had an 87 percent risk of developing breast cancer and a 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer. Because her mother, actress Marcheline Bertrand, died in 2007 following a seven-year battle with ovarian cancer, she elected to have a double mastectomy.
According to People magazine, she plans to have another surgery to remove her ovaries .

The impact from Jolie's announcement was immediate — and words of support flowed in, including from Pitt, who called her "absolutely heroic."

However, Jolie's return to the red carpet must have been a bittersweet one. While she is the picture of health and looked more gorgeous than ever, she is quietly dealing with the loss of another loved one. Her mother's younger sister, Debbie Martin, died last week after a battle with breast cancer. Martin's funeral was to take place on Sunday as well — though her widower, Ron, knew Jolie wouldn't be in attendance as she already committed to attend the "WWZ" premiere with Pitt.
"Angelina will be in London … so she won't be able to attend," Ron Martin told E! News last week. "But she has been in touch with us and with various other members of the family, which has obviously been lovely and has meant a lot to us."

It was natural — albeit fairly rare — for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to bring their two sons Maddox and Pax to the world premiere of their dad's giant new summer movie "World War Z," because he made the movie just for them. Pitt said at the CinemaCon convention back in April that he had been looking for a film project especially suited to their tastes. The Daily Mail quoted Pitt as saying, "I just wanted to do a film that my boys could see before they turned 18 – one that they would like, anyways. And they love a zombie."

11-year-old Maddox and Pax, 9 — who previously only attended premieres for kid-friendly flicks like "Shark Tales" and "Kung Fu Panda 2" (though Maddox also accompanied his parents to the inspirational "Invictus") — may be considered a bit young for the PG-13 action movie, which features hordes of rampaging zombies (in the U.K. where they saw it the movie is recommended for audiences age 15 and up). But at least they already know that Pitt makes it through the movie okay.

Right before showtime, the boys looked ready for the action when they posed for a quick photo inside the Empire Cinema with their famous parents. Pax was dressed in all black — just like his mom and dad. Meanwhile, Maddox looked pretty spiffy rocking a gray blazer and casually dangling his shades from the neck of his shirt. However, he also had on gray hat … perhaps to pull down over his eyes in case "WWZ" got too scary. less

The drama-plagued former child star said she wanted to get another plastic surgery procedure after seeing her arrest photo last month — and now she has. On Sunday, she took to Twitter to announce that she had another nose job, as well as to diss her estranged father and ... RuPaul.

"My dad is as ugly as RuPaul! So thankful I look nothing like you both! I had nose surgery after my mug shots so my nose and I are gorgeous," wrote the 27-year-old, who has reportedly moved out of her Times Square apartment — perhaps after getting evicted, according to an unconfirmed report from In Touch — but is still living in New York City.

Early last month, Bynes went public for the first time about having had plastic surgery , saying she disliked when media outlets ran old photos of her because, "I don't look like that anymore. I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore.
"
After her May 23 arrest in Manhattan , she took to Twitter to defend herself against the drug allegations — and weigh in about her arrest photo, which showed her with a supershort haircut similar to Miley Cyrus's. "I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot," she tweeted .
No word on when she had the cosmetic surgery done, but it must have been after she randomly surfaced in Buffalo, New York , last week because we suspect she wouldn't be jumping on a trampoline fresh after undergoing rhinoplasty.
But, actually, you never quite know with Bynes!

Everybody Prance Now! Celebs Jump on Board the Prancercise Dance Wagon

Psy's horse gait has nothing on Joanna Rohrback.
By now, you've probably seen video of the exercise sensation that's sweeping the nation (well, at least this week) called Prancercise. A clip of the horse-inspired fitness workout went viral and even has celebs taking notice.

OK, so maybe Prancercise is a bit of a joke. But it's a joke that Rohrback, its creator who is a retired social worker and real estate agent from Coral Springs, Florida, is clearly in on. Now she's prancing her way to Internet celebrity status.

So, which celebs are hopping on the Prancercise bandwagon?
Kelly Osbourne tweeted that she's gonna start doing it herself in the mornings:

Rohrback, 61, was on the "Today" show Friday showing hosts Natalie Morales and Al Roker how to do the fitness craze she invented last fall.
Savannah Guthrie seemed to be a bit jealous that she didn't get to participate in the gentle workout, tweeting:

com hasn't missed a beat in uploading meme videos. Check out this one mashing up Rohrback with Mick Jagger singing "Start Me Up." The common theme? White pants! "omg! Insider" caught up with Rohrback in NYC on Friday morning, who revealed why she believes so much in her self-created craze, and even taught the show's summer interns how to Prancercise.

"It just started growing like a volcano then exploded!" she said of the past couple of days. "Like going into The Twilight Zone — swept away here, swept away there — I don't know who I am, where I am anymore."

She explained that by definition, "Prancercise is a springy rhythmic movement forward similar to a horse gait, ideally induced by elation," and added that Motown music often can work best to get the gait going.

Rohrback launched Prancercise in 1989 and it took her five years to perfect it. By 1994, she had created the unpublished manuscript for what would eventually become her book, "Prancercise: The Art of Physical and Spiritual Excellence." According to Rorhback's own book description on Amazon , "This book is a true literary resource well researched and documented, not just propaganda. It's a recipe for fitness, health, and self-fulfillment!
But it was her YouTube video titled "Prancercise: A Fitness Workout," created in December of last year (which coincided with the publication of her finished book in hardcover), which lead to what would become this week's viral breakout.<br /> The video has skyrocketed from obscurity to having over 2 million views since Thursday morning. Searches for the hot exercise trend are through the roof on Yahoo! — up 2,669% in the past 24 hours alone — making it one of Yahoo!'s top trending topics Friday.<br />

Stars tend to think that it's easy to parlay their celebrity into a music career. And while there has been success for some, celebs' musical talents usually aren't as well received as they might have hoped.
In 2004, Lindsay Lohan had a budding acting career, sharing the screen with some of Hollywood's elite. But the starlet stepped up to the microphone in 2004 and released her debut album, "Speak." The actress-turned-singer's single, "Rumors," picked up steam on the Billboard charts, and LiLo's music video even scored her a nomination for best pop video at the 2005 VMAs. But sadly, her music career fizzled just as quickly as it started.

We all know that the Kardashian clan will do almost anything to gain fame. So it's only natural that Kim would take a stab at a music career. She released "Turn It Up," with a dance jam and a sexy music video, but the song just made us want to turn the radio down.<br />

Penélope Cruz and Rooney Mara haven't faced off for an Oscar — yet.
But today the actresses hit the ring together for the latest Fashion Faceoff.

What they wore: A white lace gown from Givenchy Couture's Fall 2010 collection.

When they wore it: Cruz debuted the dress four months after the birth of her son, Leo, with Javier Bardem , and long before she became pregnant with her second child, as she appeared at the premiere of "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" in London in May 2011. Mara brought the look back at the 2013 Met Gala in New York on May 6.

How they styled it: For Cruz, 39, the dress took center stage, as she added only light makeup and a gold clutch, and left her long tresses loose. Meanwhile, the 28-year-old "Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" star went with a slightly different, more daring version of the garment, with detailing on the shoulders. Mara played up her lipstick and pulled her hair back into a sleek ponytail to reflect the Met Gala's punk theme.<br />
Judge's scorecard: While Mara's look is more dramatic, it doesn't mean she steals the show.
In fact, white is definitely one of Cruz's best colors, and the minimalist look suits her.

Will Kanye West Show Up for Kim Kardashian’s Baby Shower?

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian (Splash News) There are just a few short weeks left before the birth of KimYe's progeny, but even less before the world officially knows whether it will be a boy or girl.
Reality mavens Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian popped into Ryan Seacrest's radio show Friday to promote the season premiere of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" this Sunday. And among the things the mother-daughter duo teased, the biggest was probably that viewers will learn the sex of middle-sister Kim's soon-to-be-born baby with Kanye West .

Khloe and big sister Kourtney were with Kim when they finally found out the gender.
"It was the girls," she said. "We went a couple times — with Kanye, but the baby was always in a position that you couldn't tell the sex and this time — that you're going to see on the show — he was in London or Paris, he had a concert.

West's absence while recording a new album over seas has been a point of contention throughout the pregnancy, with many wondering how strong his relationship with Kim truly is.
Kim's stepdad, Bruce Jenner , told "Extra" he's only met the rapper once. "He's not around, he was in Paris the whole time writing, and he just hasn't been around.<br /> Her stepbrother, Brody Jenner went on to reveal he hasn't met the father of Kim's baby ever!

But, just because West missed the big doctor's office reveal, don't expect Kim's baby daddy to be absent from the rest of her maternity activities.
Khloe revealed that the father-in-waiting is expected to make an appearance at Kim's upcoming baby shower — rumored to be taking place this weekend.
"It's girls, but Kanye will come at the end," explained Khloe. "I said I want Rob [Kardashian] to be there the whole time because I feel bad he's like left out of all this stuff.<br /> … I don't know if he is. But, then I think Scott [Disick] and Lamar [Odom] might bring Kanye.
I think the boys might come at the end. Kanye feels like it might be a little weird if he's the only guy, so I think if all the boys come at the end it's good."
The fete is sure to be an extravagant affair.
<br /> Invites, delivered in vintage-looking ballerina music boxes (a gender hint perhaps?!), have already gone out requesting "garden chic" attire.
Kim is due in July, and her mom admitted she's worried about the upcoming birth.
"I'm really, truthfully, nervous about Kim giving birth and getting through this whole baby thing," Jenner told Seacrest.

Her little sister agreed. "Kim's pregnancy … has been much more difficult than Kourtney's and so you get to see that. And I think that's really vulnerable of Kim to show that stuff cause it's not all pretty.<br />" Though Khloe also hinted at another source of potential drama during the season: Kris and Bruce's relationship. The couple announce that they need "space" from one another in the premiere.<br />
"Basically, he just drives me crazy after 23 years, and I probably drive him crazy," Jenner defended. "You do need some space in a relationship, and that's the dynamic of us."
Jaden (in disguise as Iron Man) and Kylie in NYC (Pacific Coast News) While both Khloe and Kris kept up the family's trademark "everything-on-the-table" mantra during the radio interview, gamely answering Seacrest's questions, there was a topic they remained coy about: the youngest member of the clan Kylie Jenner's relationship with fellow celebuspawn Jaden Pinkett-Smith — whose "After Earth" premiere she attended May 29 in NYC.
"They're 15, they're just having fun," Khloe deflected when asked if the duo were dating. "They're a group of kids, a bunch of friends, but of course people just point out Jaden and Kylie."
Other upcoming highlights from the show's eighth season? "The Hills" alum Brody returns to reality, along with his older brother Brandon, who have reconciled with dad Bruce.
"They do have some really interesting, and heavy, talks about when the kids were little and why Bruce was not there all the time," notes Khloe.
Sounds like it's going to be a juicy season! Will you tune in?
